Stillby

Peace of mind for people who live alone

If you stop answering, someone gets your emergency plan

Stillby checks in on you quietly. Miss enough check-ins and one person you trust is automatically handed the plan they need: where your keys are, who your doctor is, who feeds the cat, who to call. You set it once, then forget it.

Two ways to pay, same service: 6.99 USD/month, or 69 USD/year (best value, the price of a coffee a month for a year of quiet). Local pricing at launch in your market.

  • You live alone, and somewhere in the back of your mind sits the same thought: if I collapsed today, how long until anyone noticed?
  • The people who would step in do not actually know the things they would need: your doctor, your meds, where the spare key is, what happens to your pet.
  • You have meant to write it all down for years. It never becomes urgent enough to finish, so it stays in your head where it helps no one.
  1. 1

    Set up your plan once

A short guided setup walks you through the essentials: keys, doctor, medications, pet care, who to notify, and your key instructions. It is built to be finished in one sitting, not abandoned half-done.

  2. 2

    Name one trusted person

You invite exactly one person you trust. They confirm through a simple link, no app to install. Until something happens, they see nothing, just that you named them.

  3. 3

We check in, and escalate if you go quiet

You get a quiet ping on a schedule you choose. One tap says I am ok. Miss the window, miss the reminders, and your plan is released to your trusted person, so they know what to do without guessing.

I built Stillby because I live alone, and one long weekend I realized that if something happened to me, the people who care would not even know where to start. Not who my doctor is, not where the spare key is, not what to do with my cat. This is not a panic button and I will never pretend it can rescue you. It is the calm of knowing that if you go quiet, the right person finds out and is not left guessing. If that fear is yours too, I would love to build this for you.
